Verlaag anders eens het terras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Iedereen wil een woning die uitkijkt op een mooie, groene omgeving en vanbinnen een warme, huiselijke sfeer herbergt. Maar wat als je in een metropool als Londen wil gaan wonen, waar de stedelijke omgeving al eens het \u00e9\u00e9n en het ander durft te belemmeren? \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/scenarioarchitecture.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Scenario Architecture<\/a> gaat dagelijks de uitdaging aan, en ontwikkelde onder andere dit pareltje op Gransden Avenue in Hackney, Noordoost-Londen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zimmo.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Foto-110.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16348 size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zimmo.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Foto-110-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"Foto 1\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zimmo.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Foto-110-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.zimmo.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Foto-110-681x1024.jpg 681w, https:\/\/www.zimmo.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Foto-110.jpg 998w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDeze klaarlichte Londense woning werd ontwikkeld om een familie van drie te laten interageren met een flexibele, uitdagende omgeving. Deze ontwikkeling was geen evidentie: het perceel was op zijn zachtst gezegd uitdagend te noemen, gelegen op een plateau omringd door een parking en een groot gemeenschapscentrum en park voor de mensen uit de buurt. De grootste uitdaging was een privaat, warm karakter behouden in de woning, en het nodige groen kunnen zien vanuit de woonkamer. De oplossing die Scenario Architecture bedacht? Het verlagen en beglazen van het dakterras.
