Hoewel de uitvoering van de wet nog 18 maanden op zich laat wachten, kan je er wel al rekening mee houden in je akte.<\/p>\n<p>De wet spreekt zich onder andere uit over mede-eigendom, vruchtgebruik, erfdienstbaarheid, perceelgrenzen, erfpacht, ge\u00ebrfd vastgoed en recht van opstal. Het gaat om een hervorming van de vastgoedregels om conflicten te vermijden. Zo kunnen buren- en familieruzies sneller worden uitgeklaard. Wat er concreet verandert? Noodkoopwoningen zijn wel betaalbare koophuizen, maar blinken niet uit qua veiligheid of energiezuinigheid. Daarom biedt het OCMW nu een renteloze lening voor eigenaars van een noodkoopwoning die een energierenovatie willen uitvoeren.<\/p>\n<p>De voorwaarden?
