Over het hotel zelf kan ik niets zeggen. Na een bezoek aan de kunst markt zijn we er iets gaan drinken. De bieren van de tap waren niet beschikbaar. Bleven er enkel 5 bieren ( waarvan 1 zonder alcohol) over. Duvel was dan het enige blond bier dat er te verkrijgen was. Echt bedroevend, en dit in een land van bier, bij een toeristische hotspot.

1,0 / 10 PAS OP! Jonathan beloofde onze waarborg van €417,45 terug te betalen als wij de review verwijderden. Deze afspraak werd per e-mail bevestigd. Tot op heden hebben wij niets ontvangen. Onze telefoontjes en berichten blijven onbeantwoord. Een schriftelijke toezegging niet nakomen en vervolgens niet meer communiceren, vinden wij zeer onprofessioneel. Wij verwachten dat Jonathan zijn afspraak nakomt en ons bedrag terugbetaalt.
1,0 / 10 Rented a room, which when I moved in, was completely new. But in such a way that the trash and footprints of the renovation workers where still there the day I moved in…. And then they refused to make sure someone came to clean the mess (poop stains in the toilet for example) until I said that i logically would leave the room in a similar state the day my rental agreement would expire. The rental period overall was nice because the building was managed and cleaned by an external company. Except for the fact that pillar notified everyone on several occasions that no one could use the common areas on certain times because they had potential renters visiting. Which off course is crazy. Then when I moved out, I left the room with nothing broken, I cleaned well but I expected and understood that they would need to do a professional cleaning before renting out again. And of course there were some minor usage signs like small friction marks on the wall etc but nothing major. And then they sent me a load of documents to sign which where completely irrelevant and refused to pay back the down payment if not signed. When asked for explanation on the reason of documents and the amount we would get back they started to get very avoidant and where not reachable. Then eventually they came up with a list of excessive expenses needed to fix the room for the new renters, which when we disagreed they couldn’t back up with any form of invoices. Then they only could show the cleaning costs which we agreed to be fair and since then we have not been payed back and they are not reachable at all. Very bad experience and not recommended at all
