Immobel

Proceed with caution — what's promised is not what's delivered. Prior to signing, the company makes a strong first impression. Their marketing paints a picture of a professional, friendly organisation, and they tend to tell buyers exactly what they want to hear. I was led to believe I was purchasing the last available two-bedroom apartment. I later found out it is identical in size to the one-bedroom unit next door. The finished apartment also falls short of their premium marketing. Construction and finishing quality simply don't match what the videos and brochures suggest. In my ensuite, the toilet is positioned halfway across the entrance, partially blocking the doorway. My advice: read every document carefully before signing and make sure that every verbal promise is explicitly recorded in writing. And overall, proceed with caution.
